Traffic and city monitoring

What is built for traffic, and what is not

NOP Pro+ is our traffic product. This page lists each part with an honest status. Accuracy depends on camera height, angle and lighting, so we measure it on your cameras in the free test.

An officer confirms every offence. Nothing becomes a challan automatically. Speed read from video is an alert only and is not legal evidence.

Built

Built and tested in our own lab. We prove each one on your cameras in the free test.

Built, tested by us

Number plate reading and hotlist

Reads Indian plates. A plate is accepted only when several frames agree and it matches the Indian format. Poor reads go to review, and an officer can type the plate in.

Built, tested by us

Helmet, triple riding, wrong-way, red light

Flags these events as evidence for an officer. Helmet and triple-riding rules need a rider large enough in frame and 8 to 10 frames per second.

Evidence records

Each offence has photos, a timestamped clip, an audit log and a SHA-256 hash you can verify. Whether a court accepts it is for your legal team to confirm.

Built, tested by us

Night plates

Works with an IR camera or an external 850 nm illuminator.

Built, tested by us

Multi-site wall

NOP Client in the remote-access version shows cameras from several sites on one screen.

Limits, in progress and on request

Not ready to rely on yet, limited on purpose, or built only if you ask.

Alert only

Speed from video

Not legal evidence. A speed challan needs a certified radar or LIDAR unit, quoted separately.

Planned

Vahan and e-Challan link

The interfaces are designed. A live link needs credentials from the department.

Not built

We do not have these. We say so instead of promising them.

Not built

Bike, car and auto-rickshaw classification

Not built. We can scope it for a tender.

Not built

Crowd, illegal parking, unattended objects, fire and smoke

Not built. We do not advertise them.
